Fruits, vegetables, fish, meat … with Aquaclimas fogging systems can increase the humidity level, blocking the dehydration process, keeping food fresh for longer. Fruits and vegetables are composed of water. Staling is primarily due to rapid dehydration of the product and evaporation of water. With our system the level of moisture in the air restores their optimal values, the process deshidrataciĆ³n.El blocking system generates mist reduces temperature and cools the products displayed.
The fish is also subject to loss of freshness by dehydration, since its composition is over 70% water. Furthermore, the nebulizer system may control the spread of odors.
Some types of meat, cheese and sausage are subject to dehydration, so our system can greatly promote conservation. The Aquaclimas system can be easily assembled into refrigerators and automatically controlled through our humidity control system.
